12 AgencyAnalytics alternatives in 2026, tested and compared

The per-client price and hand-built dashboards no longer suit every agency. Here are 12 alternatives and who each one is for.

AgencyAnalytics is a great tool for client reporting. Setup is quick and support is good. One price gets you white-label reports, a client portal and 85+ data sources. For many agencies, it still works well.

But agencies work differently now. Many teams pull their data and write the analysis in Claude or ChatGPT. Building each client’s dashboard by hand, widget by widget, is slower than asking a question. For many agencies, that manual building is no longer needed.

The costs and chores add up too. The price rises with every client, at $20 each. Data connections can drop. One template change can mean editing every client’s report by hand.

If that sounds like your agency, here are 12 alternatives. DashThis and Swydo change how you pay. Whatagraph, TapClicks and NinjaCat add more AI and scale. Supermetrics and Funnel send your data to Google Sheets, Looker Studio or a warehouse. SE Ranking is for SEO agencies. Databox tracks KPIs, Klipfolio builds custom dashboards, and Looker Studio is free.

Key takeaways

AgencyAnalytics is still a strong all-in-one tool. Here is what each alternative does best.

  • SnowDots is for AI-first agencies whose work already lives in Claude or ChatGPT. It adds a client portal in your own design system, skills and prompt templates. Our own tool, with pricing not published.
  • Whatagraph is the closest match to AgencyAnalytics, with more AI. From €999 a month.
  • Swydo gives you white label and a client portal on the entry plan. €62 a month billed annually, with 10 data sources.
  • TapClicks has the most connectors (250+) and states SOC 2 Type II. Custom pricing, contact them for a demo.
  • DashThis has the lowest listed entry price with white label. $44 a month billed yearly for 3 dashboards.

Why are agencies moving away from AgencyAnalytics?

Most agencies leave because of scale and workflow, not quality. We ranked each reason by how strong the evidence is. Strong means two or more independent sources, or first-hand data. Moderate means one source. Weak means a rival’s opinion. Articles by rivals count only when they cite a user or share their own test data.

Two reporting workflows: build in a reporting tool, or build in Claude or ChatGPT and deliver with SnowDots

Two ways to report to clients: build in a reporting tool, or build in your AI tool and deliver the result.

  • The work moved into Claude and ChatGPT. Teams pull data and write the analysis in an AI tool. A dashboard built by hand in another tool is an extra step. AgencyAnalytics sees this too. In the weeks before this post, it added MCP write actions and shareable, branded HTML artifacts from its AI chat. (MCP is the standard that lets Claude and ChatGPT connect to your tools.) A 2026 AgencyAnalytics survey, reported by Good Morning, found that 80% of 494 agencies save five or more hours a week with AI. That is a vendor survey.
  • The bill grows with every client (strong). The pricing page lists $20 per client per month, billed annually. G2 reviewers raise price. Trustpilot reviewers mention being billed for removed clients and a license minimum they missed at signup. AgencyAnalytics replied to both.
  • Connections drop (strong to moderate). Integration issues are the top complaint in G2’s summary, with 31 mentions. A two-month hands-on review of six client accounts logged three drops, on Meta, TikTok Ads and Google Ads. A dropped connection stays down until someone logs in again. We did not measure reliability for any tool, so ask each vendor about the sources you use.
  • Template changes take time (moderate). The same review found that one template change across 12 reports took about 3 hours. Each report had to be edited by hand. Rival articles say there is no master template. We could not confirm that on AgencyAnalytics’ own pages.
  • Getting data out is hard (moderate, vendor sources). Rival articles say there is no native export to Looker Studio, Google Sheets, Power BI or BigQuery. Database connectors are quote-based on the Core plan.

Here is how the per-client price compares with a tool that prices by dashboard.

Clients AgencyAnalytics Core, billed annually DashThis, one dashboard per client, billed yearly
10 $200 a month $139 (Professional: 10 dashboards, 40 sources)
20 $400 a month $279 (Business: 25 dashboards, 100 sources)
30 $600 a month $429 (Standard: 50 dashboards, 200 sources)
50 $1,000 a month $429 (Standard: 50 dashboards, 200 sources)

The AgencyAnalytics figures are calculated from the listed rate. Volume pricing from 25 clients may lower the 30 and 50 client lines. Rank Tracker adds $41.67 a month per 500 keywords. DashThis caps dashboards and sources per plan, so its cost still follows your roster.

Stay with AgencyAnalytics if:

  • You want one tool that collects data from many platforms.
  • You rely on dashboards and alerts that update without an AI chat.
  • You prefer a drag-and-drop builder.
  • $20 a client is fair for your roster.

It is rated about 4.7 out of 5 on G2 from roughly 460 reviews. The company says it powers 7,000+ agencies.

How did we compare them?

We read customer reviews on Trustpilot and G2 and followed Reddit discussions. We used and tested all of the tools ourselves, including AgencyAnalytics. Then we checked each tool’s own pricing and feature pages on 17 October 2026, so the prices and features here match what is published.

We rated every tool on the same seven things: cost as your roster grows, how clear the pricing is, data connections, white label and client access, reporting at scale, AI and MCP, and fit for agencies. We count only what a vendor publishes. If it is not published, we treat it as missing.

The 12 AgencyAnalytics alternatives

Prices come from each vendor’s own page on 17 October 2026. They change often. Where a vendor’s pages disagree, we say so.

1. SnowDots: best for AI-first agencies that already work in Claude or ChatGPT

We built SnowDots. It does not do everything AgencyAnalytics does. It has no built-in data connectors in the beta, no drag-and-drop dashboards, no alerts and no rank tracking.

But if your agency already works in Claude or ChatGPT, you do not need most of those features. Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopify and HubSpot each offer an MCP server today. Some are in beta or marked experimental.

Connect your data to Claude and the data sits right where you do the analysis. You skip the step of copying it into another reporting tool. That is more useful than another set of connectors to set up and pay for.

What is left is delivery. Your clients should open reports that look like your agency made them.

SnowDots app listing 14 artifacts with type, format, status, client and version columns

The SnowDots app lists every report, dashboard, presentation, website mockup and insight your team pushes from its AI tool, with its status, client and version count. Screenshot taken on 17 October 2026.

Key features

  • Client portal in your own design system. We built the portal. You add your design system, so every report and the portal look like yours. AgencyAnalytics describes its white label as logo, colors, custom domain and email.
  • Skills. SnowDots provides skills for your AI tool, so your team builds and pushes reports the way your agency does.
  • Templates. A template is a prompt. Paste it into your AI chat and it rebuilds the report with each client’s own data. There is no template picker and no drag-and-drop editor.
  • Delivery. SnowDots keeps each report exactly as you made it and delivers it under your brand.
  • Access. Each teammate gets their own connector, limited to the clients they work on.
  • Review. Pushing and publishing are separate steps. Nothing reaches a client until someone with approval publishes it.
  • Context. Each report keeps the queries and data behind it, so a teammate can carry on in their own AI tool.

Pricing

  • Pricing is not published. Ask when you request a demo.

Pros

  • No new report builder to learn, and no extra connector layer to pay for.
  • Reports and the client portal follow your design system. Nothing is rebuilt in a template system.
  • Access is scoped per teammate and per client.

Cons

  • No native data sources in the beta. Your AI tool pulls data through the connectors you set up there. We found no official Search Console MCP server, only third-party ones.
  • No drag-and-drop builder, no live dashboards or alerts without an AI chat, and no rank tracking.

Verdict: choose it if your work already lives in Claude or ChatGPT and you need a branded, reviewed way to deliver it. Skip it if you need an all-in-one platform today, or if teammates without an AI tool build your reports.

2. Whatagraph: best for AI-assisted reporting

Whatagraph is the closest to AgencyAnalytics on features. The catch is the price.

Key features

  • 60+ native integrations.
  • AI agents that build reports from a prompt or template, write commentary, bulk-edit reports and watch accounts.
  • MCP connections for Claude and ChatGPT, described on its homepage.
  • One edit to a master template reaches every linked report, according to its own pages.

Pricing

  • The Max plan is listed from €999 a month, billed annually. Prime has custom pricing, and changing plans means booking a call.
  • Price follows source credits, one per connected account, starting at 50. Users and reports are unlimited.
  • Other articles quote much lower entry prices, so check the live page.

Pros

  • Master templates and AI agents in the same plan.
  • White label on both plans.

Cons

  • The highest entry price here. It is close to what AgencyAnalytics costs at 50 clients ($1,000 a month).
  • A custom report domain is not on Max, and we did not find a client portal described.

Verdict: choose it if you want the fullest feature set and the budget fits. Skip it if price per client is your main reason for leaving.

3. Swydo: best for white label and a client portal at the entry price

Swydo suits PPC and cross-channel agencies that want a branded portal without a high floor.

Key features

  • White label, custom domain and a client portal are included.
  • An AI report builder, AI summaries and dynamic templates. One update applies to all linked reports.
  • 38+ integrations.

Pricing

  • €69 a month (€62 billed annually) includes the first 10 data sources.
  • Sources 11 to 100 cost €4.50 each, then €3.00 and €2.00 at higher volumes.
  • Clients and users are unlimited.

Pros

  • Template updates in one place.
  • A steady price when each client has few sources.

Cons

  • Cost follows data sources. With 20 clients and four sources each, the listed rates come to about €384 a month billed monthly (calculated from the listed rates). That is close to AgencyAnalytics.
  • Fewer integrations than most here, and we found no MCP connector.
  • Its pricing page shows euros, but its FAQ shows dollars.

Verdict: choose it if your clients have few sources each. Skip it if you need 100+ connectors or an MCP connector.

  • SmartStory includes 10 clients. SmartReports adds the full connector set, scheduling and MCP. SmartAnalytics adds unlimited dashboards, users and accounts. SmartSuite adds custom AI agents and benchmarking.

Pros

  • The most connectors and the broadest AI.
  • Compliance statements that larger clients ask for.

Cons

  • No public prices.
  • The “5,000+ teams” figure is the vendor’s claim.
  • It is more than most small agencies need.

Verdict: choose it if you need breadth and compliance papers. Skip it if you need to see a price before talking to sales.

5. DashThis: best for small agencies that want steady pricing

DashThis has the lowest listed entry price with white label. It prices by dashboard, not by client.

  • Free AI Insights, and a $19 a month AI Insights PRO add-on.
  • An MCP connector for Claude and ChatGPT on all plans.

  • It does not charge per client, source or integration. Plans do cap dashboards and sources.

Pros

  • The cheapest way in with white label included.
  • Steady price steps, and MCP on every plan.

Cons

  • Cost still follows your roster if you build one dashboard per client.
  • We did not find a client portal described.
  • The integration count is not on its pricing page. A competitor article says 34+.

Verdict: choose it if a per-dashboard price fits your roster. Skip it if you need many sources per client or a portal.

Pros

  • Built for large rosters, with deep white label.
  • AI agents with an approval step.

Cons

  • No public price, and set-up goes through its team.
  • It describes its security as enterprise-grade and links a GDPR statement, but the page we read names no certifications.
  • We found no MCP connector.

Verdict: choose it if you manage a very large roster and will work with a sales team. Skip it if you want to self-serve.

7. Databox: best for client reporting plus in-house KPIs

Databox started as a KPI tool and now has an Agency plan. It also has a free plan, which is rare in this list.

Key features

  • 130+ integrations.
  • The Genie AI analyst on all plans. From the Analyst plan up it adds an MCP server, and from Team up it adds Genie in Slack, routines and custom skills. AI agents are listed as “soon”.

Pricing

  • Free: 1 user, 3 data sources, 1 dashboard, 10 custom metrics and 50 AI credits a month. No MCP server.
  • Analyst $71; Team $199 or $319; Agency from $79 a month plus $20 per extra account pack (each adds one account, five data sources and 50 AI credits). All billed annually.
  • Add-ons: white label $80 a month, AI credit top-up $200, advanced security $40.
  • A 14-day trial with no card. Syncing stops if you do not add payment.

Pros

  • A free plan, broad connectors, and AI with MCP.

Cons

  • Per-account packs mean cost grows per client, much like AgencyAnalytics.
  • White label costs extra.
  • The pricing cards and FAQ disagree on several figures (Team is $199 or $249, Agency is $79 or $99). Confirm before you commit.

Verdict: choose it if you also track internal KPIs. Skip it if white label is a must and you want it included.

  • Destinations that include Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Looker Studio, Google Sheets, Excel and Power BI. BigQuery and Snowflake come with Enterprise.
  • Teams, which group users and data by brand or client, and AI credits (4,000 a month on Starter, 12,000 on Growth).

Cons

  • Those account limits fill quickly with many clients.

  • A 14-day trial with no card.

Pros

  • Every price is public, including add-ons.
  • Unlimited users on all plans.

Cons

  • White label costs extra, and we found no MCP connector.
  • Its AI sits in PowerMetrics, not in Klips.

Verdict: choose it if custom calculations matter more than AI. Skip it if you want AI in the same plan.

  • A 14-day trial with no card.

Pros

  • Rank tracking and SEO tools in one place.
  • White label through the Agency Pack.

Cons

  • It does not publish a count of data connections, so it is a weaker match for paid media reporting.
  • Guest links give view-only access. They are not a client portal.

Verdict: choose it if SEO is most of what you report. Skip it if your clients live in paid social and ads.

SE Ranking pricing

11. Funnel: best for data-heavy agencies

Funnel cleans and moves marketing data at scale. Its job is to get trustworthy data into a warehouse or BI tool, not to build client reports.

Key features

  • Starter: 117 connectors, 13 destinations, data storage and semantics, and basic dashboards you can share.
  • Business: 579 connectors, 46 destinations, and Power BI and Tableau as reporting destinations.
  • MCP for Claude, ChatGPT and other AI tools, and unlimited Funnel AI, in Starter.
  • Funnel Measure, for media mix modeling, multi-touch attribution and incrementality, on Business and Enterprise.

Pricing

  • Starter is from $300 a month billed annually, and Business from $600. Enterprise has custom pricing, so talk to sales.
  • A 30-day trial with no card.
  • Its pricing page also has an Agencies tab, so check it for agency rates.

Pros

  • A large connector library and clean data for a warehouse or BI tool.
  • Measurement tools that the other platforms here do not list.

Cons

  • It moves data first. We found no white-label client reporting on its pricing page.
  • A high floor for a small agency.

Verdict: choose it if your reports are built in a BI tool. Skip it if you need a client portal.

Funnel pricing

12. Looker Studio: best for technical teams with Google data

Looker Studio is the cheapest route when the data is mostly Google’s and someone on the team builds reports well. You build and maintain every report yourself.

Key features

  • Free to start, and Google’s own data sources cost nothing.
  • Looker Studio Pro adds paid team features such as team workspaces, scheduled email delivery, and Gemini conversational analytics (in preview).
  • A large range of partner connectors for other platforms, sold separately.

Pricing

  • Free. Other platforms usually need paid third-party connectors, which third-party sources put at $20 to $350 a month.
  • Pro is a paid, per-user plan. Third-party sources cite $9 per user per month, which we could not confirm on Google’s own page.

Pros

  • No licence cost, and flexible.

Cons

  • There is no white-label portal. You design, brand and maintain every report yourself.
  • Cost and set-up grow with every non-Google source.

Verdict: choose it if you have 1 to 4 clients or in-house skills. Skip it if you need a branded client portal.

Looker Studio Pro and Gemini

How much does each alternative cost for 20 clients?

A price list hides the effect of roster size, so here is one example. We assume 20 clients, four connected data sources each (80 in total) and one dashboard per client.

These are calculated from the listed prices on 17 October 2026. They are an illustration, not a quote.

Bar chart of monthly cost for 20 clients: Looker Studio $0, DashThis $279, SE Ranking $292, Funnel $300, Databox $399, AgencyAnalytics $400

Monthly cost for 20 clients with four data sources each, from vendors’ listed prices on 17 October 2026. Tools priced in euros or by quote are in the table below.

Tool Monthly cost for 20 clients How we got it
Looker Studio $0 for Google data Third-party connectors for other platforms cost extra. No white-label portal.
DashThis $279 billed yearly ($324 billed monthly) Business plan: 25 dashboards, 100 sources, white label included.
SE Ranking About $292 billed annually Growth ($223.20) plus Agency Pack ($69). SEO projects only.
Funnel From $300 billed annually Starter plan. A data pipeline, not a client portal.
Swydo About €384 billed monthly €69 plus 70 extra sources at €4.50. White label and portal included. Annual billing costs less.
Databox About $399, or $479 with white label Agency $79 plus 16 account packs at $20. Its FAQ shows higher figures: about $499, or $579 with white label.
AgencyAnalytics $400 billed annually $20 a client, white label included, before add-ons such as Rank Tracker.
Whatagraph €999 or more billed annually Max includes 50 source credits. 80 connected accounts exceed that.
SnowDots Not published Request a demo to ask about pricing.
Supermetrics, TapClicks, NinjaCat Custom pricing, contact them for a demo or quote Supermetrics Growth covers up to 49 accounts (7 sources, 7 accounts each), so 80 needs Enterprise.

Change the assumptions and the order changes. One source per client favors Swydo. Many sources per client favor per-client pricing.

How do you choose an AgencyAnalytics alternative?

Answer five questions, in this order.

  1. Where does your team do the analysis? If most of it happens in Claude or ChatGPT, you do not need a full reporting platform. Check that your main data sources have MCP servers, then look at SnowDots for delivery. If your team builds reports by hand in dashboards, stay with a reporting platform.
  2. How many clients do you have, and how many sources does each have? Under 5 clients, free or entry plans work. From about 15 to 30 clients, compare per-dashboard pricing (DashThis) with a quote from TapClicks or NinjaCat. Use the 20-client table with your own numbers.
  3. Do clients need a branded portal? Check white label, custom domain, client logins and sender email in your plan, not on the feature page. Swydo, DashThis, Whatagraph, NinjaCat and TapClicks describe these. Databox, Klipfolio and SE Ranking charge extra for white label. If you want reports and the portal to follow your whole design system, not just a logo and colors, that is what SnowDots is for.
  4. Where does the data need to go? If it goes to Sheets, Looker Studio or a warehouse, start with Supermetrics or Funnel.
  5. Do you need compliance papers or a dedicated team? Then TapClicks and NinjaCat belong on the list. Both are sales-led.

Then trial two. Most tools here list a 14-day trial, and Funnel lists 30 days.

How do you switch without disrupting clients?

  1. List what you send. For each client, write down the data sources and the reports.
  2. Check every source. A long connector list does not mean your sources are covered.
  3. Trial two or three clients first. Start with ones that have simple reports.
  4. Rebuild one report as a template. Test the logo, custom domain and email sender in a real inbox.
  5. Run both tools for one reporting cycle. Compare the numbers. AgencyAnalytics’ help center notes that Meta figures depend on attribution settings, so a gap is not always an error.
  6. Tell clients before any login or link changes. Move them in small batches.
  7. Check your billing terms before you cancel. AgencyAnalytics’ pricing page says annual plans are a one-year commitment and monthly plans have none. It also offers a 30-day money-back guarantee.

The bottom line

AgencyAnalytics is still a strong choice if you want one tool for data, reports and a client portal. Its pricing is easy to forecast.

If the per-client price bothers you, start with DashThis or Swydo. If you want more AI and scale, look at Whatagraph or TapClicks. If your data needs to land in Sheets, a warehouse or an AI tool, look at Supermetrics or Funnel.

If your team already does its analysis in Claude or ChatGPT, building the report is no longer the hard part. Delivering it under your own brand, with someone checking it first, is. That is the problem we built SnowDots for: a client portal in your own design system, skills for your AI tool, and templates that rebuild a report for each client.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best AgencyAnalytics alternative?

It depends on why you are leaving. If your team already works in Claude or ChatGPT, look at SnowDots, our own tool. For lower, steadier pricing, look at DashThis or Swydo. For the closest match with more AI, look at Whatagraph. For data in Sheets or a warehouse, look at Supermetrics or Funnel.

Do I still need a reporting tool if my team works in Claude or ChatGPT?

Not always a full one. If your data sources have MCP servers, your team can pull and analyze data in Claude or ChatGPT directly. You still need a way to deliver the result to clients under your brand, with someone approving it. A full platform also adds live dashboards, alerts and rank tracking, which an AI chat does not.
