Omar has worked in the agency world for eight years. He started in SEO and organic growth, then moved into SaaS marketing and product.
He was Marketing Lead and Product Manager at OneSuite from 2024 to 2026. OneSuite is a client portal and business management platform for agencies. He worked on its content marketing and analytics, and on two of its product modules, the CRM and Productized Services.
Today he runs Aralas Creative, the marketing company he co-founded in 2022, and he is a co-founder of SnowDots. He writes here about how agencies report to clients, and how AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT are changing that work.
