What is SnowDots?

SnowDots is a marketing data analytics and reporting workspace for AI-native agencies. Your AI tool, such as Claude or ChatGPT, pushes finished HTML, PDF or Markdown reports to SnowDots over the Model Context Protocol (MCP), and SnowDots keeps them exactly as your team made them. A person on your team reviews and publishes them, then shares a private, revocable link with the client.

AI drafts, people publish

An MCP connector can create drafts, push versions and submit them for review. It can never publish or share. That always stays with a person.

Immutable versions

Every push is a numbered version that never changes. Publishing a newer version updates every live link at once.

Revocable client links

Each recipient gets their own link, optionally with a password, expiry date or view limit. Revoke any link at any time.

Feedback in context

Clients comment on exactly the paragraph, element or PDF spot they mean, approve a version or ask for changes.

  1. Workspace. Where your team, clients and reports live. Members have a role that decides what they can do.
  2. MCP connector. A team member’s own link from their AI tool into SnowDots. It acts as that member, in one workspace, with the permissions you granted it.
  3. Artifact. A report, dashboard, presentation, website mockup or insight, in one fixed format, with any number of versions.
  4. Review & publish. A publisher approves a submitted version (or returns it with a note) and it goes live.
  5. Clients, contacts & spaces. Who reports are for, the people who receive them, and folders that decide which contacts see what.
  6. Share links. The only way anyone outside your workspace opens a report.
