Terms of service

The agreement between an agency and SnowDots.

Last updated 21 October 2026

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are between the agency that signs up (“you”) and SnowDots (“SnowDots”), with its operational headquarters at Nurani 6, Subidbazar, Sylhet 3100, Bangladesh and its registered address at [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. A person who accepts them for an agency confirms they have the authority to do so. You decide which team members get access, and you are responsible for what they do in your workspace.

2. The service

Your team analyzes client marketing data in the AI tool it already uses. SnowDots keeps the reports, dashboards and insights you push to it with their context, controls which team members can reach which clients’ work, and delivers what you publish so you can share it with your clients under your brand. SnowDots does not connect to your clients’ marketing platforms itself. Features and these terms may change.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You must have your client’s permission to bring its data into your AI tool, to store it in SnowDots, and to share it with the people you give access to.
  • Keep your sign-in details and connectors secure, and tell us promptly if you think they have been compromised.
  • Give access only to people who need it, at the lowest role that does the job.
  • Turn on a public link only for a report anyone who has the link may see.
  • You are responsible for the content of the reports you publish and for your own notices and lawful basis towards your clients.

4. Platform terms apply to you

Your AI tool pulls data from platforms such as Google, Meta, Shopify and LinkedIn under your own agreements with them. Those platforms’ rules, including limits on storing, sharing and combining their data, apply to you when you push that data to SnowDots. You agree to comply with them. If a platform asks us to remove data or act on your account, we may do so.

5. No access to your platform accounts

SnowDots does not connect to your clients’ platform accounts and holds no logins or tokens for them. Native connections are coming soon. Before we add one, we will ask you to authorise it separately and update these terms.

6. Your data

Your data, and your clients’ data, stays yours. You give SnowDots a licence to store, process and display it only to run the service for you. We do not sell it and do not use it to train generalised AI models. More detail is in the privacy policy.

7. The AI tools you choose

You choose which AI provider your team uses. Your team’s data flows between that provider and SnowDots when a team member pushes a report or pulls a record, at their direction. You are responsible for that provider’s terms and for what it does with the data. SnowDots does not check the figures your AI tool produces against the platforms, and is not responsible for the provider’s service or output. Review reports before you publish them.

8. White-label portals

Your clients see your brand. Your team works in SnowDots and may see the SnowDots name there. You are responsible for the privacy and terms links you show in your portal and for how you treat your clients’ contacts.

A report you publish can be seen by the client contacts you give access to and by the people you share its link with by email. If you turn on a public link, anyone who has it can open the report without signing in. Public links are off until you turn them on, and turning one off stops the old address working.

9. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • store or share platform data in a way the platform’s terms forbid;
  • resell data, or make it available to anyone other than the client it belongs to;
  • use platform data for discrimination, surveillance or any unlawful purpose;
  • work around the access limits on a connector or role;
  • combine data from unaffiliated clients in a way a platform forbids;
  • imply that a platform endorses SnowDots or your reports;
  • probe, disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

10. Fees

Any fees are agreed with you before they apply. We will not charge you without your agreement.

11. Term, suspension and ending

You can stop using SnowDots at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if a platform requires it, or if needed to protect the service or other customers. We will tell you why unless the law stops us.

12. Return and deletion of data

When you end a client, the policy you chose for that client applies: its reports are kept read only, handed over as an export, or deleted after 90 days. When your account ends, or when you ask us to delete a report or a client, we delete the related data as set out on the data deletion page. You can ask us for an export first. Disabled team members can be restored for 30 days. If a platform requires data to be deleted within a set time, ask us and we will delete it promptly.

13. Disclaimers and liability

SnowDots is provided “as is” and “as available”, with no promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Reports are built by your team and their AI tools, so you should review them before you publish. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

14. Indemnity

You will cover our reasonable costs if a third party brings a claim because you used a client’s data without permission or broke a platform’s terms.

15. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the law of [GOVERNING LAW]. We may update them and will give notice of material changes before they apply. Questions: hello@snowdots.com.
